MediaFlow Gateway is a delivery layer for streaming media. We do not transcode, we do not host libraries, and we do not touch the player. We take what your packager produced and get it to the viewer with the smallest possible gap between request and first frame.
The network is built from commodity hardware in carrier-neutral facilities, with a single software stack at every location. When one edge misbehaves we replace it rather than nurse it, which keeps the failure domain small.

Short version, in plain language.
The gateway is provided on a best-effort basis on Starter and with a 99.99% delivery SLA on Scale. We may throttle or suspend accounts used for anything other than delivering media, including bulk file distribution and command-and-control traffic.
Request logs contain the requested path, the edge that served it, cache state and timing. They do not contain request bodies. Logs are deleted at the end of the retention window for your plan.
