Usage is aggregated hourly and invoiced at the end of each calendar month. Overage on Growth is charged at the per-terabyte rate with no penalty tier.
The Starter plan is intended for evaluation. Sustained delivery above 100 GB per month will be asked to move to Growth rather than throttled without notice.
